OBJECTIVE To describe disease expression and damage accrual in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and determine the influence of ethnicity and socioeconomic factors on damage accrual in a large multiethnic Canadian cohort. METHODS Adults with SLE were enrolled in a multicenter cohort.
