A bstractA new two-loop radiative Majorana neutrino mass model is constructed from the gauge-invariant effective operator LiLjQkdcQldcϵikϵjl that violates lepton number conservation by two units. The ultraviolet completion features two scalar leptoquark flavors and a color-octet Majorana fermion.
