This paper presents the results from measurements on radio wave attenuation and depolarization in the 11, 20 and 30 GHz frequency bands along a 12.6 km terrestrial path, obtained by the Dubna-Intercosmos International Experimental Area during the period 1983-89. The rain attenuation frequency correlation was analyzed and the relationship between the average annual and worst month rain attenuation distributions was estimated.
