Two-colour immunofluorescence staining for intracellular J chain and IgA (or J chain and IgG) was performed on tissue sections of normal human ileal mucosa (eight adult kidney donors), mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN), peripheral lymph nodes, and palatine tonsils.
