IntroductionThe tentorial artery is often involved in arterial supply to tentorial dural fistulas. The hypertrophied tentorial artery is accessible to embolization, either with glue or with particles.MethodsSix patients are presented with tentorial dural fistulas, mainly supplied by the tentorial artery.
