Peripheral plasma concentrations of oxytocin, 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGFM), progesterone and LH were determined at 3 hourly intervals during the oestrous cycle (n = 3) and in early pregnancy (n = 4) in sheep.
