Temperature requirements are reviewed for three North American percids (walleye, Stizostedion vitreum vitreum; sauger, S. canadense; and yellow perch, Perca flavescens), three Eurasian percids (perch, P. fluviatilis; pikeperch, S. lucioperca; and ruffe, Gymnocephalus cernua), and nine cohabitant fish species for comparison.
