To date, several endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided interventions have been reported. Of these interventions, EUS-guided pancreatic duct (PD) intervention seems to be the most difficult and challenging procedure to accomplish. We provide suggestions for EUS-guided PD intervention, which includes PD stenting and the rendezvous technique following EUS-guided pancreatography.
