An in vivo melanoma spontaneous metastases model was adopted to study the molecular mechanisms of the anti-metastatic effect of Taxol. The morphology of melanoma cells in the melanoma tissue lesions was examined by hematoxylin/eosin (H&E) staining and electron microscopy.
