Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) is ofpotential benefit in cholestatic disorders. However, theeffect of TUDCA on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injuryis unknown. We studied this subject with particular regard to its roles in hepatic calciummobilization.
