TaqMan(R) proximity ligation technology (TaqMan(R) PLA) is an innovative advancement of immuno PCR. It allows a fast and quantitative detection of vicinal proteins or protein-protein interactions from cell lysates by combining antibody-antigen binding with a real-time PCR detection.
