Tapping-mode HF nanometric lateral gap resonators: experimental and theory

We report in this paper on the use of micromechanical resonators in tapping-mode for HF frequencies. Resonators involved are clamped-clamped beams with nanometer-scale lateral gap for symmetric capacitive transducers.
