This paper combines the technology of semisolid forming and micro-forming to discuss the micro-formability of semisolid alloy. The best experimenting parameter is given after using Taguchi experiment for micro-forward-extrusion, which is 1mm for diameter, 570℃ for temperature and 25 for extrusion rate.
