The need of the hour is creating a novel idea for effective and fast documentation of braille scripts for the visually impaired people. A complete and single point solution for conversion of English scripts including numbers, special characters and combination of words such as Consonantal vowels has been proposed. It helps them in reading and storing their braille scripts. This work highlights the conversion of abundant text files rich in English language into efficient and robust Braille document. This work helps in accomplishing the translation of the English documents into braille language; the major highlight being that, the input is taken in a text format and the output is also obtained in a text format and not as an image. Different text files are given as input to implement the model. Keywords—MATLAB, Braille, Alphabet, Numbers, Special Characters, English. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1.INTRODUCTION There are over 30 million estimated to be blind and partially sighted persons in the globe. Partially sighted persons are four times as blind persons. The average unemployment rate of blind and partially sighted persons of working age is over 75 percent. More blind women are unemployed than blind men. Women face a lot of risk factors due to blindness and partial sight than men. Sight loss is closely related to old age. One in three senior citizens over 65 faces sight loss. Above age of 60, 90 percent are considered to be partially sighted persons. In the poorer countries some people suffer sight loss caused by preventable diseases. These types of vision loss are called preventable blindness.This work helps in converting huge and bulk documents of English into Braille language. Output is in Braille Text. Any volume of Braille text is directly obtained through this work easily and can be documented and made useful to the visually impaired people. Partial sight and low vision cases are used as equal indication of limited sight. Ophthalmologists say two criteria for blindness. A person is registered as blind if they can only read the top letter of the optician's eye chart from three meters or less and the other as partially sighted if they can only read the top letter of the chart from six meters or less. The way in which each individual is affected, is unique and totally the experience differs from one person to the other. A common thought is that blind persons cannot see anything at all. Eye conditions vary and produce a
