We present estimates of rates of onset of early-onset Alzheimer’s disease (EOAD) associated with mutations in the Presenilin-2 (PSEN-2) and Amyloid Precursor Protein (APP) genes. These are based on the Nelson-Aalen method used by Gui & Macdonald (2002a) to build an actuarial model of EOAD and Presenilin-1 (PSEN-1) mutations, but in this case with so little data that we do not attempt to parametrise an actuarial model.
