Summary Ethyl-α- p -chlorophenoxy-isobutyrate (CPIB) increases the capacity of serum proteins to bind triiodothyronine (T 3 ). Atromid has no such effect, possibly due to the decrease in T 3 -binding capacity caused by androgen administration.
