The research topic of this paper was chosen in order to determine the content of resveratrol in several Romanian grape varieties from Transylvania (Romania). Two production lines were chosen, table grapes and wine grapes, white and red, from different vineyards, in order to know them better, for eating fresh grapes or drinking wine, because of their benefic effect on the human body.
