OBJECTIVES The aim of this study was to determine accuracy of transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) and compare efficacy of three non-invasive tests [TCD, magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)] in patients with acute cerebral ischemia.
