Lung involvement is the leading cause of death in systemic sclerosis (SSc), but lung transplantation (LT) for systemic disease remains controversial. Our objective was to comprehensively evaluate post-LT outcomes for SSc compared to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
