  • The following notes were made during a study of Parus and Sylviparus in preparation of a contemplated check list of the Palearctic region. Notes are presented by me on 12 species. Among these reviewed in greater detail, or discussed at greater length, are: Parus palustris, montanus, ater, varius, and major.
