Polyaniline–C60 nanoshuttle composites have been successfully synthesized by the oxidative polymerization of aniline with ammonium peroxydisulfate in the presence of C60 using an interfacial reaction at room temperature, in which the molar ratio of oxidant to monomer was kept at 0.25:1. The influence of initial C60/aniline molar ratio on the supramolecular structure of the composites was studied.
