A diblock copolymer constituting of a poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and a polycaprolactone (PCL) segment, linked with a pH-sensitive hydrazone bond (Hyd), was synthesized. Micelles formed from this copolymer, offer the advantage of encapsulating hydrophobic drugs without the need for conjugation sites.
