  • Fe3Pt nanowire arrays were fabricated by electrodeposition of Fe2+ and Pt2+ into anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern indicates that the crystallites of Fe3Pt nanowires are fcc structure with existence of strong [110] orientation along the nanowire axes. Transmission electron microscopy reveals that the diameter and length of nanowires are about 10 and 400 nm, respectively.
