Nickel borate(Ni_3(BO_3)_2) nanorods were synthesized by a mid-heating-temperature solid-state precursor method using nickel nitrate and boric acid as well as oxalic acid as the reactants.The structure and morphologies of the synthesized samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The length and diameter of the nanorods were controlled by adjusting the molar ratio of H_3BO_3/NI(NO_3)_2.The diameters of the… CONTINUE READING
