The structural and electrochemical properties of cobalt (Co 2+ ) doped GdAlO 3 nanoparticles have been investigated. Structure analysis was carried out using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Transmission electron microscope technique (TEM). The electrochemical properties of the GdAlO 3 :Co 2+ (3 mol %) was measured using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements using 1 M KOH electrolyte and 1 M KOH electrolyte with 2 ml of Paracetamol.
