Transition metal complexes with biologically active ligands frequently exhibit higher biological activity and lower toxicity than the initial ligands, which makes possible their use in medicine and biochemistry [1]. We have synthesized a series of complex compounds of amidrazones (I – III) with cobalt, nickel, and copper salts. The resulting complexes (compounds IV – XII) are descried by the general formula ML2Cl2 nH2O, where M = Co , Ni, Cu and
