Synovial sarcoma is a rare mesenchymal malignancy which represents 8.5% of all soft tissue sarcomas and usually occurs in the lower extremities of young adults. Because the incidence in the head and neck region is very low, only 13 patients with endolaryngeal localisation have been reported so far. We present here a case of aryepiglottic synovial sarcoma.
