This study examined the effect of Carthamus tinctorius (CT) extract plus captopril treatment on blood pressure, vascular function, nitric oxide (NO) bioavailability, oxidative stress and renin-angiotensin system (RAS) in N(ω)-Nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (l-NAME)-induced hypertension.
