1. This paper analyzes the synaptic connections made by nonspiking afferent neurons of the thoracocoxal muscle receptor organ (TCMRO) with basal limb motor neurons in the crayfish. The T fiber, a dynamically sensitive afferent, monosynaptically excites promotor motor neurons.
