Abstract We consider the problem of the decomposition of the Rényi entanglement entropies in theories with a non-abelian symmetry by doing a thorough analysis of Wess-Zumino-Witten (WZW) models. We first consider SU(2)k as a case study and then generalise to an arbitrary non-abelian Lie group. We find that at leading order in the subsystem size L the entanglement is equally distributed among the different sectors labelled by the irreducible representation of the associated algebra. We also…

Entanglement of the $3$-State Potts Model via Form Factor Bootstrap: Total and Symmetry Resolved Entropies
In this paper, we apply the form factor bootstrap approach to branch point twist fields in the q-state Potts model for q ≤ 3. For q = 3 this is an integrable interacting quantum field theory with an
Charge fluctuation entropy of Hawking radiation: a replica-free way to find large entropy
We study the fluctuation entropy for two-dimensional matter systems with an internal symmetry coupled to Jackiw–Teitelboim(JT) gravity joined to a Minkowski region. The fluctuation entropy is the

In this paper, we consider the computation of symmetry resolved entanglement entropy of two disjoint intervals in the 1+1 dimensional free compactified boson conformal field theory by studying the
Symmetry-resolved entanglement for excited states and two entangling intervals in AdS3/CFT2
Abstract We test the proposal of [1] for the holographic computation of the charged moments and the resulting symmetry-resolved entanglement entropy in different excited states, as well as for two

Symmetry resolved entanglement in free fermionic systems
We consider the symmetry resolved Renyi entropies in the one dimensional tight binding model, equivalent to the spin-1/2 XX chain in a magnetic field. We exploit the generalised Fisher-Hartwig
Entanglement spectrum degeneracy and the Cardy formula in 1+1 dimensional conformal field theories
We investigate the effect of a global degeneracy in the distribution of entanglement spectrum in conformal field theories in one spatial dimension. We relate the recently found universal expression
Equipartition of the entanglement entropy
The entanglement in a quantum system that possess an internal symmetry, characterized by the Sz-magnetization or U(1)-charge, is distributed among different sectors. The aim of this letter is to gain
Symmetry resolved entanglement in gapped integrable systems: a corner transfer matrix approach
We study the symmetry resolved entanglement entropies in gapped integrable lattice models. We use the corner transfer matrix to investigate two prototypical gapped systems with a U(1) symmetry: the
Entanglement hamiltonians in two-dimensional conformal field theory
We enumerate the cases in 2d conformal field theory where the logarithm of the reduced density matrix (the entanglement or modular hamiltonian) may be written as an integral over the energy-momentum
Symmetry decomposition of negativity of massless free fermions
We consider the problem of symmetry decomposition of the entanglement negativity in free fermionic systems. Rather than performing the standard partial transpose, we use the partial time-reversal
Aspects of entanglement entropy for gauge theories
A bstractA definition for the entanglement entropy in a gauge theory was given recently in arXiv:1501.02593. Working on a spatial lattice, it involves embedding the physical state in an extended
Entanglement of Distillation for Lattice Gauge Theories.
The usual entanglement entropy for a spatial bipartition can be written as the sum of an undistillable gauge part and of another part corresponding to the local operations and classical communication distillableEntanglement, which is obtained by depolarizing the local superselection sectors.
Symmetry resolved entanglement: exact results in 1D and beyond
In a quantum many-body system that possesses an additive conserved quantity, the entanglement entropy of a subsystem can be resolved into a sum of contributions from different sectors of the
Entanglement entropy and boundary renormalization group flow: Exact results in the Ising universality class
The entanglement entropy in one dimensional critical systems with boundaries has been associated with the noninteger ground state degeneracy. This quantity, being a characteristic of boundary fixed
