BACKGROUND Smoking relapse is common after successful pharmacologic treatment for smoking cessation. No previous studies have examined long-term drug therapy used expressly for prevention of smoking relapse. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of bupropion to prevent smoking relapse.
