This paper takes three typical information systems (financial system, office automatic system, and enterprise resource planning system) as examples to study information technology (IT) adoption of Chinese enterprises by means of survival analysis. The dimension of time and dynamic characteristic of IT adoption are highly emphasized in this paper.
