Abstract 1. A follow-up and analysis of 60 cases of pelvic endometriosis, in which abdominal surgery was performed with conservation of the reproductive potential, are presented in this paper. 2. Among 38 patients with sterility averaging 5 years' duration, 24 (63 per cent) became pregnant within an average time of7 1/2 months following surgery. 3.
