  • The aim of this case report was to describe the surgical removal of an extensive mandibular torus and the conventional prosthetic treatment that was performed. During surgery, the torus was exposed by a intrasulcular lingual incision from molar to contralateral molar side and displacement of the mucoperiosteal flap.
