OBJECT The object of this study was to assess outcomes after surgery for recurrent intracranial glioma. METHODS The authors retrospectively reviewed cases involving adult patients with intracranial glioma patients undergoing initial surgery (biopsy or resection) and one or more additional surgeries at their institution.
