OBJECTIVE To describe the management and outcomes of seven patients with fusiform aneurysms of the peripheral posteroinferior cerebellar artery (PICA). METHODS Medical records and neuroimaging studies of seven patients who underwent surgical treatment of fusiform aneurysms of the peripheral PICA were reviewed.
