BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to describe the surgical approach to, and evaluate the reproductive outcome of, a T-shaped uterus. METHODS The study included 97 women who were eligible for hysteroscopic surgery, by either monopolar or bipolar electrosurgical instruments. All had diagnostic hysteroscopy 2 months afterwards to assess the success of the procedure and determine whether any synechiae were present.
