  • The majority of patients with vulvar cancer have squamous cell carcinomas (SCC). The cornerstone of the treatment is surgery. Radical vulvectomy with "en bloc" inguinofemoral lymphadenectomy has led to a favorable prognosis but with impressive morbidity.
