A metasurface routing electromagnetic beams via surface waves from one point to another point of space is introduced. This metasurface is transparent and may simultaneously support generalized refraction for another orthogonal beam (birefringence). The metasurface is designed by the general surface susceptibility synthesis method and its operation is validated by finite difference analysis, both being based on generalized sheet boundary conditions.
