Optogenetics is a rapidly growing field of biotechnology, potentially allowing a deeper understanding and control of complex biological networks. The major challenge is the multiplexed control of several optogenetic components in the presence of significant spectral cross talk. We propose and demonstrate through simulations a new control approach of Stimulated Depletion Quenching.
