This paper proposes a supply chain collaboration (SCC) concept. Previous research reported that SCC can affect organizational performance. The object of this article was therefore to examine the consequent of SCC on organizational performance. The research question was how SCC affects firm outcomes. The concept proposed was that SCC has positive effect (such as cost reduction and operational flexibility) on firms and that the effect is a long-term effect.
