Barotropic FRW cosmologies are presented from the standpoint of nonrelativistic supersymmetry. First, we reduce the barotropic FRW system of differential equations to simple harmonic oscillator differential equations. Employing the factorization procedure, the solutions of the latter equations are divided into the two classes of bosonic (nonsingular) and fermionic (singular) cosmological solutions. We next introduce a coupling parameter denoted by K between the two classes of solutions and…

FRW barotropic zero modes: dynamical systems observability

The dynamical systems observability properties of barotropic bosonic and fermionic FRW cosmological oscillators are investigated. Nonlinear techniques for dynamical analysis have been recently

Shifted Riccati Procedure: Application to Conformal Barotropic FRW Cosmologies ?

In the case of barotropic FRW cosmologies, the Hubble parameter in conformal time is the solution of a simple Riccati equation of constant coefficients. We consider these cosmologies in the framework

Multi-fluid cosmology in Einstein gravity: analytical solutions

We review analytical solutions of the Einstein equations which are expressed in terms of elementary functions and describe Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker universes sourced by multiple (real or

A Riccati equation based approach to isotropic scalar field cosmologies

Gravitationally coupled scalar fields ϕ, distinguished by the choice of an effective self-interaction potential V(ϕ), simulating a temporarily nonvanishing cosmological term, can generate both

Critical Robertson–Walker universes

Symmetries and exact solutions of the nondiagonal Einstein–Rosen metrics

We seek exact solutions of the nondiagonal Einstein–Rosen metrics. The method of Lie symmetry of differential equations is utilized to obtain new exact solutions of Einstein vacuum equations obtained

Crossing the phantom divide line from a generalized time-dependent Hubble parameter and its dynamical evolution a la Riccati

We introduce the notion of a “generalized time-dependent Hubble parameter” for the case of Friedmann–Robertson–Walker cosmology. We obtain a Riccati differential equation for the Hubble parameter, H,

Barotropic FRW cosmologies with a Dirac-like parameter

Using the known connection between Schrodinger-like equations and Dirac-like equations in the supersymmetric context, we discuss an extension of FRW barotropic cosmologies in which a Dirac mass-like

Solving for the dynamics of the universe

A new method of solving the Einstein–Friedmann dynamical equations of a spatially homogeneous and isotropic universe is presented. The method is applicable when the equation of state of the material

Supersymmetry and the Dirac equation

Supersymmetric quantum mechanics in a first-order Dirac equation.

The realization of supersymmetric quantum mechanics is demonstrated in the standard first-order Dirac equation describing a massless Dirac particle in a magnetic field and the superalgebra osp(1/2) obtained is discussed.

The phase equivalence between H 1 and H 2 is exploited to construct transparent potentials for the Dirac equation in one dimension and is illustrated through explicit examples.

The classical harmonic oscillator with Dirac-like parameters and possible applications

We obtain a class of parametric oscillation modes that we call K-modes with damping and absorption that are connected to the classical harmonic oscillator modes through the 'supersymmetric'

A one-parameter family of time-dependent adiabatic indices is introduced for any given type of cosmological fluid of constant adiabatic index by a mathematical method belonging to the class of
