Abstract : In this project, a synthetic Deoxyribonucleic Acid, DNA-based memory called ComDMems (Combinatorial DNA Memories) was developed. This research focused on the application and implementation of combinatorial based information theory and group testing to create associative DNA memories and to retrieve information stored in these DNA memories by chemical and electro-chemical means.
