We have recently demonstrated that the superantigen staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) conjugated to colon-carcinoma-reactive monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) directs T cells to lyse human colon-carcinoma cells, representing a potential novel tumor therapy.
