Abstract Production of fibrinolytic enzyme by successive solid state cultivation of Fusarium oxysporum on rice chaff (RC) was studied. From recycling 20 g dry RC six times by pure batch culture, an overall of 23200IU fibrinolytic enzyme was obtained.
