Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is a rare Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive-B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder. Treatment options include corticosteroids, antiviral therapy, interferon-alpha and chemotherapy. However, long-term prognosis is poor and no therapeutic standard has been established yet.
