A rare case of successful pregnancy in a woman with early-stage endometrial adenocarcinoma conservatively treated is presented. The patient, having polycystic ovaries, was initially diagnosed with hyperplasia of the endometrium and treated with several cycles of ovulation induction following intrauterine insemination.
