Abstract

THE PROBLEMS of staff recruitment and retention are just as acute in the private healthcare sector as they are in the NHS. But one group, Westminster Health Care, has adopted a multipronged approach to the problem including staff education and training, career pathways and home and overseas recruitment drives.
