The secretory portion of female accessory gland of Bombyx mori were investigated by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The studies showed that the ultrastructure and function of columnar glandular epithetium are very close relations. Many well-developed rough endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi complexes and membrane-bounded homogeneous electron-dense vesides suggest that these secretory cells are involved in protein synthesis, many mitochondria and microvilli showed that the synthesized…

The data suggest that the library has appropriate titer and high frequency kairomone gene fragments by using special developing stage and tissue of B. mori at the 9– day‐old of pupa.
