Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) using methyl-testosterone as the template, methacrylic acid (MAA) as the monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as the crosslinker were prepared by precipitation polymerization. The morphology of the obtained particles was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the pore size was measured by BET.
